Each piece from Candy Painted Boutique is handmade and uniquely created. Due to the custom, artistic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
